colon cleanse ingredients
i’m really confused…does anyone have CLEAR information about body cleansing?
i just discovered, fortunately or unfortunately, some frightening information about intestinal parasites and colon build-up, and while i want to start cleansing asap, everything i’ve looked up thus far has given mixed answers and vague responses.
what can i eat during a parasite/colon cleanse? i am vegan if that makes any difference at all. what are some main ingredients to look for in a product? what are some good products that aren’t incredibly expensive?
basically any information you have would be considerably helpful to me! thank you so much.

The only way I know is when I went for a colonoscopy the beginning of April.This is what my GastroInterologist told me I needed to do the day before my colonoscopy. You need to take 238 grams of Miralax mixed with 1 gallon of Gatorade. Before you mix the Miralax with the Gatorade take 8 ounces of pure Gatorade with 2 Dulculax pills at 6:00pm and then mix the 238 grams of Miralax with the remainder of Gatorade. drink 8 ozs of of the mixture of Gatorade every 15 or 20 minutes until all Gatorade mixture with Miralax is gone and take 2 more tablets of Dulculax pills at 9:00pm. Liquid diet all day. Only have soup broth or clear beverages until Midnight.
By the morning you will be flushed out completely. And all I can say I was CLEANED OUT and my stomach was soooo Flat. That is a Pure Colon Cleanse from a DR. of Gastrointerologist
